Valeria Gubbati (known artistically as VAGU) lives and works in Mestre, Venice. Self-taught, she came to know and frequented the studios of the masters Corrado Amadi, Millo Bortoluzzi and Bruno Saetti. She has been exhibiting for many years and has held numerous solo and group shows in Italy and abroad, taking part in competitions and art events with notable success. Her works are held in various public and private collections. The artist is among the founding members of the Museum of Contemporary Artists of the Third Millennium at Policastro Bussentino in the Convent of San Francesco.
