General conditions of sale for the purchase of original artworks.
The website accorsiarte.com is operated by Associazione Accorsi Arte, tax code 97777620010, registered office at Via Fratelli Calandra 9, 10122 Turin, with an operational office in Venice at Castello, Calle dei Forni 2265.
Accessing and using this site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We recommend reading this document carefully before making a purchase.
These Terms govern the online sale of original artworks (paintings, photographs, sculptures, prints, digital art and illustrations) through accorsiarte.com. Every artwork sold is authentic and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
The purchase is completed by following the steps below:
Accorsi Arte reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of technical errors in prices or artwork availability, with a full refund of any amount already charged.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). The following payment methods are accepted:
Payment card data is never stored on our servers. The charge occurs at the time of order confirmation.
Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of physically receiving the artwork, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
Exclusion: the right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned or personalised artworks (Article 59(c) of the Consumer Code).
Every artwork sold through accorsiarte.com is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist and/or Accorsi Arte, stating the title, year, technique, dimensions and signature. The certificate attests to the provenance and originality of the artwork.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of this contract, the parties elect the Court of Turin as the exclusively competent court, without prejudice to the consumer's local court pursuant to Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code.
Pursuant to EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers residing in the European Union may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform made available by the European Commission: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
