The website accorsiarte.com is operated by Associazione Accorsi Arte, tax code 97777620010, registered office at Via Fratelli Calandra 9, 10122 Turin, with an operational office in Venice at Castello, Calle dei Forni 2265.

Accessing and using this site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We recommend reading this document carefully before making a purchase.

2. Subject Matter

These Terms govern the online sale of original artworks (paintings, photographs, sculptures, prints, digital art and illustrations) through accorsiarte.com. Every artwork sold is authentic and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

3. Purchase Process

The purchase is completed by following the steps below:

• Select an artwork and add it to the cart. Adding to the cart does not constitute a reservation or purchase commitment.
• Complete the checkout form with shipping and billing details.
• Choose a payment method and confirm the order. Payment is processed directly by Stripe and does not pass through our servers.
• Receive a confirmation email with an order summary. A second email with the tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped.
• The contract is concluded when Accorsi Arte sends the order confirmation email.

Accorsi Arte reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of technical errors in prices or artwork availability, with a full refund of any amount already charged.

4. Prices

• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Accorsi Arte reserves the right to change prices at any time; changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.
• For some high-value or commissioned artworks, the price is available on request.
• Shipping costs are not included in the artwork price and are calculated and clearly shown at checkout.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). The following payment methods are accepted:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
• Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• PayPal.
• Bank transfer (for orders over €2,000, by arrangement).

Payment card data is never stored on our servers. The charge occurs at the time of order confirmation.

6. Shipping

• We ship worldwide via specialist carriers (BRT for Italy, DHL Express and UPS for international) through Packlink.
• Estimated delivery times from payment confirmation (plus 2-3 business days for preparation): Italy 3-7 business days, Europe 5-12 business days, rest of world 7-20 business days. Extra-EU shipments may require additional days for customs clearance.
• Free shipping on orders over €500 to European destinations. All shipments are insured for the declared value of the artwork.
• When the artwork is handed to the carrier, the buyer receives a tracking number by email to monitor the shipment in real time.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of physically receiving the artwork, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

• Notify your decision to withdraw to accorsiarte@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt.
• Return the artwork in its original condition, with intact packaging and the certificate of authenticity included, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on the part of Accorsi Arte.

Exclusion: the right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned or personalised artworks (Article 59(c) of the Consumer Code).

8. Certificate of Authenticity

Every artwork sold through accorsiarte.com is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist and/or Accorsi Arte, stating the title, year, technique, dimensions and signature. The certificate attests to the provenance and originality of the artwork.

9. Limitation of Liability

Accorsi Arte is not liable for:

• Delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure.
• Damage occurring during transport, if the buyer has not reported the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• Colour variations between images on the site and the actual artwork, due to monitor calibration.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of this contract, the parties elect the Court of Turin as the exclusively competent court, without prejudice to the consumer's local court pursuant to Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code.

11. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Pursuant to EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers residing in the European Union may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform made available by the European Commission: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
