Every artwork is carefully packed and shipped with complete security.
Accorsi Arte ships artworks worldwide using couriers specialised in the transport of art and valuables, selected according to the destination and size of the artwork.
Estimated delivery times are 5-15 business days from payment confirmation. Times may vary depending on the destination, the size of the artwork and courier availability.
Each artwork is individually packed with professional custom materials (foam, protective padding, wooden crates for large works), ensuring maximum protection during transport.
All shipments are insured for the declared value of the artwork. In the event of loss or damage during transport, the buyer will be fully protected.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the following parameters:
Before confirming the order, the shipping cost will be shown transparently in the cart summary. For custom quotes or special shipments, contact us at accorsiarte@gmail.com.
As soon as the artwork is handed to the courier, the buyer receives an email with the tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment status in real time. In case of failed delivery, the courier leaves a notice and retries the following day.

Pursuant to the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, without needing to provide any reason.
To initiate a return:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned or personalised artworks.
Upon receipt and verification of the condition of the returned artwork, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal or bank transfer).
The refund will cover the price of the artwork. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error by Accorsi Arte or a defect in the artwork.
In the event that the artwork arrives damaged:
Accorsi Arte will manage the insurance claim and arrange for a full refund or replacement of the artwork, in agreement with the buyer.
